The Adams County Victim Witness Assistance Program supports and advocates for victims’ rights and for the dignified, fair and compassionate treatment of all victims of crime, whether or not they are involved in the criminal and juvenile justice systems. Within the community, we advocate for those policies and practices, which promote justice and healing for victims. We support and actively participate in the coordinated efforts within our community to provide comprehensive, quality services for all victims of crime without regard to the nature of the crime, victimization, age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or capability of the victim or witness.
